General Terms and Conditions

The Oak Lodge is divided into two halves.  The north side of the  lodge is a five bedroom, five bathroom house, complete with a  kitchen, laundry room and several common rooms, including a large gathering room with gas fireplace, and a game room.  The south side  of the lodge is the owner's quarters.  

Checkout is by 11 am and check in is anytime after 3 pm.   In June and July, when the owners are in residence, they host a social hour at 6:30 pm.  Hor d'ouvres are served on the lawn.  This is an excellent time for first time visitors to get acquainted with the area and ask any questions.

Smoking and Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy:  a full refund will be issued if reservations are cancelled at least two weeks before arrival. 

Renting the Entire Lodge :  

The lodge is  available to rent as an entire unit.  It includes five bedrooms, three full baths and two half baths.  The lodge has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, family room with gas fireplace, and a game room.  The rental fee is $1800/week.

A $500 refundable security deposit, and half of the weekly rental are due when making the reservation.  The balance is due two weeks prior to arrival.  The security deposit will be refunded within a week after guest departure.

The rental period is from Saturday - Saturday. 

Renting Individual Rooms:

When the lodge is not rented out by the week, rooms are available to rent.  There is a two night minimum stay.  Rooms are $95 per night, and include a fabulous full breakfast.  Check in is after 3:00 pm and checkout is by 11 am.  We have rooms with a double bed, and rooms with two or three twin beds.  To view individual rooms click here:

You  may rent a slip at the Kineo Marina if you have a boat you wish to bring.  Boat rentals are available locally.
